About Each Course
The Clerk/Steward Officials Seminar covers:
This course allows you to perform the duties of a Steward/Referee, Clerk of the Course and Practice Supervisor. For more information in regards to what these specific duties include please refer to the Manual of Motorcycle Sport.
The Clerk/Steward Seminar is applicable for any person interested in obtaining or advancing their Clerk of Course or Steward accreditation to Level 2 or higher.
Individuals looking to obtain these accreditation levels will also be required to provide proof of practical experience assisting in these roles.
The Clerk/Steward Officials Seminar covers:
- Information regarding the National Officials Accreditation Scheme
- The Basic Rules
- Roles & Duties
- Protests, Penalties & Appeals
- The Race Meeting
- After the Meeting (reporting)

Race Secretary Course
This course allows you to understand & perform the duties of a Race Secretary.
The Race Secretary Seminar is applicable for any person interested in obtaining or advancing their Race Secretary accreditation to Level 2 or higher.
Individuals looking to obtain Level 2 (or higher) accreditation as a Race Secretary will also be required to provide proof of practical experience working/assisting in this role.

- Prior to the Meeting

The Scrutineer Seminar is applicable for any person interested in obtaining or advancing their Scrutineer accreditation to Level 2 or higher.

Refresher Course
This course allows you to refresh the current accreditations and levels you already hold. It is a 1 stop shop for all your accreditations to be renewed.
The Refresher Officials Seminar is targeted at current Level 2 and 3 Officials.
This Seminar is a ‘one-stop shop’ to assist Officials who hold multiple level 2 or 3 accreditations, who would otherwise be required to attend a number of Officials Training Seminars to maintain their current levels of accreditation.
Successful completion of the Refresher Seminar extends the expiry date of any / all Officials Seminars previously attended for a further 4 years.
